Our Story – From Google to JobWinner
JobWinner was founded by Pablo Tonutti, a former Google employee turned entrepreneur, who saw firsthand how AI could level the playing field in the job market.
After helping friends and colleagues land roles with AI-driven tools such as Gemini or NotebookLM, Pablo realized there was a bigger opportunity: to build a more comprehensive AI platform that helps everyone — from recent graduates to seasoned professionals — tailor their applications, prepare for interviews, and get hired faster.
What started as a side project soon became JobWinner.ai, a growing platform used by thousands of job seekers across the world.
