Refund Policy

At JobWinner, we’re committed to providing tools that genuinely help job seekers improve their applications and land interviews. However, because our product is digital and instantly accessible, refunds are only granted in very limited cases.

 

When a Refund May Be Considered

We may issue a refund only if the product does not function as expected, and after our support team has attempted to resolve the issue without success. Examples include:

  • Technical problems that prevent you from using a core feature of the platform

  • Access issues that we are unable to solve in a reasonable time frame

All refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and approval is at our sole discretion.

 

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind or accidental purchases

  • Lack of usage or engagement with the platform

  • Results that do not meet your expectations (e.g. not getting a job interview)

  • Requests submitted more than 7 days after purchase

 

How to Request a Refund

If you believe your case qualifies for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase at support@jobwinner.ai 

Include:

  • The email used for your account

  • A description of the issue you encountered

  • Any relevant screenshots or examples

 

We aim to review all refund requests within 5 business days.
